    SOS 24h Europa is proud to claim a unique service, customer focused, quality oriented. Our staff follows all the intervention procedures, step by step, from the emergency call up to the vehicle restart. Our aim is to deal with the breakdown roadside, in order to cut the vehicle standing time and spare the extra expense of towing the vehicle to the workshop.

Assistance service

  • Phase 1

    Every call we ask the information needed to respond to the emergency: information about the company and the driver, the location of the vehicle, license plate and rubber measure.

  • Phase 2

    Through our selected network of suppliers we seek the pit solution) suitable for rescue. Our operators follow all intervention operations giving prompt feedback to the customer. For each of our suppliers to request filling out a worksheet with respect to: the possible causes of the fault and the details of each piece replaced with its code, the information on arrival times on the spot and the distance.

  • Phase 3

    We operate a cross-check on all stages of intervention and a comparison of the information collected by the operator with the information provided by our supplier. Finally we draw a report with all the data at our disposal which subsequently send to the customer together with the invoice.

Maintenance Service

In the logic of constant updates we have implemented a new routine and extraordinary maintenance service for semi-trailers. ll our fixed costs to a service is performed at our service centers available throughout Europe and covers all the operations necessary in order to keep the vehicle in efficiency in terms of circulation and the annual review. This service is designed and carried out in coordination with the times and with the logistical needs of the customer.
